APPLY FOR AN ACADEME FOUNDATION COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP

 
A.  Download and fill up the Application Form.
B. Send the Application Form via email* with the following attachments:

• Report Card of previous SY (for incoming college freshman) or Class card / grade registry of last semester.

D. AFI will acknowledge receipt of Application Form via email.

E. AFI will notify Applicant of schedule of interview via email.
