By presenting a P1,500 single receipt or accumulated receipts of transactions, you automatically qualify for the V Card Loyalty Rewards Program.

Redemption is fast and easy. Ensure you have enough points earned and visit participating Flying V station, present your V-Card Plus to its Authorized Personnel along with any of the following identification cards specified in the Important Terms and Conditions further on the brochure.
Conditions on redeeming of Premium Items:
• Batteries will not be provided or supplied by Flying V for battery-operated items.
• It is not the responsibility or liability of Flying V to install, assemble, or render service maintenance to any kind of item.
• All Gift Certificates bundled with every Featured Item of the Month are valid on the date specified and issued by the merchant establishment.
• The items featured in the Loyalty Rewards Program Brochure are subject to availability and will be continuously offered while stocks last. Likewise, the Featured Item of the Month is only available within one month.
• For damaged item replacement, you must visit the same station where item was redeemed within 24 hours to obtain replacement.

A “NO Card, NO Points” policy will be strictly observed.
Points earned are non-transferable.
In the event that you forget your V-Card Plus, you still have a chance to earn points. Just must come back with your V-Card plus within 24 hours to the same station where transaction was made.
Points expiry and card expiration
Your V-Card Plus expires in 2 years. You must also actively use it in order to prevent forfeiture of your earned points. Failure to use the card within 90 days after the last transaction automatically forfeits earned points.
Active Members are those who maintain or make it a point to have at least 3 or more transactions per month at any participating Flying V Station.
Updating us with changes in your general information whenever there are changes (such as address, phone number, etc.) is encouraged so we may serve you better.
Just visit the Flying V station, present their V-Card Plus and give the update information to the cashier.
Lost, Defective, and Damaged Card
The V-Card Plus has a 3-month guarantee period against defects, and will be replaced provided it does not have any visible signs of deliberate physical abuse.
In case you need a replacement card due to loss or damage, you may go to the Flying V station where your card was issued to file and pay the corresponding fees for processing. The card must be surrendered at the issuing Flying V station as soon as possible. We will issue a replacement card and will give you the option to pay the P 50.00 replacement fee in cash, or deducted as 500 points from your new V-Card Plus balance transfer.
Points already earned may not be transferred to another account.
